Recognizing the growing number of underserved individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, TCR aims to reduce this gap by enhancing the lives of those we serve through individually designed, person-centered services that support their needs, respect their dignity, and promote independence, well-being, self-advocacy, and community inclusion.
We provide transportation for all our units to ensure that individuals can live full and productive lives within the community. All staff members who transport individuals receive comprehensive defensive driving training. As needed and/or recommended by our insurance provider, the motor vehicle records of all Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Job Coaches are reviewed upon hire.
TCR’s Alternative Living Units (ALUs) operate as a community residential support program specializing in a wide range of individually designed services for people with developmental disabilities.
